- 1tbsp CJay’s Shrimp Masala
- 1tsp soya sauce
- 1tsp olive oil
- 1tsp white wine
- 1lb Shrimp peeled and deveined cut butterfly style with tail on
- Combine first 4 ingredients and add shrimp. Marinate in fridge for 2-3 hours.
- Pierce a toothpick through each shrimp before frying to avoid curling.
- Heat a heavy skillet over medium heat. Add 1tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter.
- Place the shrimp in the skillet. Fry 2 minutes on each side. Serve hot on a bed of green leaves.
