Shrimp Fry – Appetizer


  1. 1tbsp CJay’s Shrimp Masala
  2. 1tsp soya sauce
  3. 1tsp olive oil
  4. 1tsp white wine
  5. 1lb Shrimp peeled and deveined cut butterfly style with tail on


  • Combine first 4 ingredients and add shrimp. Marinate in fridge for 2-3 hours.
  • Pierce a toothpick through each shrimp before frying to avoid curling.
  • Heat a heavy skillet over medium heat. Add 1tbsp oil and 1 tbsp butter.
  • Place the shrimp in the skillet. Fry 2 minutes on each side. Serve hot on a bed of green leaves.
